Unfortunately, running has fallen to the wayside. I'm really hoping to get back into running again. It was like free therapy. I'm thinking if I sign up for a bunch of races, it will get me on track again. More to come, but for now, here's a little info on what I have done...
I completed the C25K program in May of 2013, and then ran my first 5K on May 12, 2013 at the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure (at Mall of America). Below are some links to my Couch to 5K posts, and a race schedule.
